Recipe of the Month (June)
Homemade Salsa
Chop:
1 large onion
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 jalapeno
2 anaheim peppers
In Blender put 2 large cans chopped tomatoes and push pulse twice...thats it...no more...no less ;)
Combine chopped ingredients, tomatoes, squeeze some lime in, and add some garlic salt and pepper. Stir and Serve.
ENJOY!!!

- The Sjoblom family just keeps growing and growing. Brandon and I have been married since 2001 and we now have two beautiful little girls...Scotland and Sweden. We have been living in our new house, in North Ogden, since June 2007. It seems crazy that it has been that long....considering there are boxes and boxes of unpacked things in the basement. And NO I don't plan on tackling that chore any time soon. Brandon and I are working on adjusting to our new family of four one day at a time. Scotland loves her new baby sister and is such a big helper. Sweden is such a beautiful little baby. We are so blessed to have two beautiful girls!!!

OMG Meg, that picture of Sweden and Kenzi looks so much like pictures we have of Scotland at one month sitting on Scott's lap. All that's missing is that crazy hair of Scotland's and I think a little more fat in the cheeks. How cute! They are adorable.
Isn't it awesome that we make such beautiful babies? Funny that they almost look the same size and weigh about the same! haha I love my chubby baby : ) They are going to have so much fun when they get older! See you guys in Park City...Love Ya
