Its funny how the first time you try to feed your baby somewhat solid foods
it's so exciting. Sweden is about 5 1/2 months old, so we thought we
would give it a shot......NOT Successful!!! She thought it was funny at
first, but quickly changed her mind once Scotland gave it a try and choked
her with the spoon. Poor girl. The last few bites were pretty much gag,
dry-heave, and throw up. OH the JOY!!!!

Thats how my little guy was, but now he loves it. His favorite thing is peas. Yuck. I'm the one gaging now.
Parker had the same reaction to the baby food. For some reason he is not a big fan. I thought he would be excited to venture out. He does love pears though. I love that Sweden wanted to feed her. Funny how those big sisters just love to take care of thier babies. So darling.

Oh Phoenix was the same way. I had to mix a fruit with it. Now he eats so much it makes me sick!! LOL. We need to get together. Sweden is getting so big. How much does she weigh now?

That is hilarious! Jake would pull the worst faces and GAG like a drama queen (king)!!!! I would just laugh at him...and it made him even more angry!

Meg, I haven't the slightest experience with "sucessful feedings," but I do have a bit of advise of the "outcomes of successful feedings." It is simply: Beware! Trey picked up an 18-month baby at church a couple weeks ago, and the kids EXPLODED all over him!!!! It was the most horrible blow out I've ever witnessed! Needless to say, that entire suit went directly to the cleaners, and I definitely have an ample supply of birth control! :)
Wow! I can't believe how big your little girls are! They are sooo cute! We need to get together sometime soon while everyone is here for the holidays. ;)
