ELECTRONICS SUCK!!!!
I have been wanting to post something on my blog for awhile now.....Anything at this point!!!! However, Brandon bought this new GINORMOUS camera...that I can't work. It is a Canon EOS 50D. Yeah, I know, sounds complicated.....it is even more complicated to work. I really wanted a nice camera, but I also wanted to be able to turn it on. I can't even get that far. Not to mention the fact that it weighs about 10,000 pounds. You HAVE TO wear it around your neck or you might drop it....and heaven forbid you drop the mortgage payment of a camera. Needless to say I am somewhat bitter about the purchase and wish that I was more camera savvy. So until I can figure out the dang thing or take a class or have Brandon take pics, I am pretty much not posting pictures of my darling little babes. So for all you out there who are wishing for a really nice camera....just enjoy the one you have....that you can actually find the power button on!!!! Now that I have vented, I am going to try to figure this stupid thing out.

Sorry, but that is pretty hilarious that you are so bitter over the camera. But, I do know what you mean. I am still trying to figure mine out. But I guess atleast I can turn mine on and take pictures...just not good ones. I think Inkleys has classes. Maybe give them a call.
PS- I didn't get your text on Saturday until Sunday morning. I am an idiot and didn't have my phone with me. Also I wasn't sure you guys would go that late. Hope it was fun. I think we are going to see it this weekend,
ha ha ha....Meghann...you are too funny! Tell Brandon that I bought a Nikon D90. It's about the same (pricy, heavy, impossible to figure out, etc.) But I am determined to become a great photographer with it!
We should sign up for classes together. Mine actually came with an instructional video, but I don't want to watch it because it sounds BOOOORING!
I hope you have figured that baby out by now. Just find the "On/Off" switch, put er on "auto" and go to town. If you want to get more technical I took a basic photography class through the Weber State Community Courses. You can google it, or ask me for more info. I'm sorry your girls have been sick too. Parker had that RSV this year and it is NO JOKE!! I hated it! Hope they are doing better.
Oh Meg, you are too funny. :) Just switch it to on and put it in auto! LOL. I still haven't figured out all the nifty things my camera will do so I just use auto and it works great for the most part. If it makes you feel any better, the pics that you have taken (or maybe Brandon has taken) with it so far are awesome, especially Disney. You will be happy with it once you figure it out, because it takes such great pics of your babies that it will soon be priceless to you!
